AUTHOR'S NOTES: This is a filler upperer one, as I didn't want there wedding to go wrong.
It would be sad really!

"Duck!" Buffy exclaimed. Angel ducked to the floor and Buffy staked the Vampire behind him.

"Thanks." said Angel as he stood back up and looked at Buffy

"Your welcome." she said, smiling and then walked on. Angel followed. "You know, you really don't have to help me, I'm sure you'll get told off for not being at LA like you should."

"I'm sure Wesley and Cordelia can handle things for a while. How's the new club going?"

"It's great, because I own it and I don't have to do the work." she replied

"So you don't do the work." he shook his head

"I didn't say that I didn't do the work, I just said that I didn'thaveto."

"Oh." Silence fell between them, until a Vampire came behind them and knocked them both over. Buffy flipped herself back up and kicked the Vampire backward. He stumbled and fell into a grave. Buffy stood above the grave and gave a shrug "You didn't put up much of a fight did you." she stated and staked him. Angel looked at her and then at the grave "Is it me or are there more Vampires?"

"There are more. There's a little rebelion going on. Nothing I can't handle."

"Then you shouldn't be out here alone. Where's Sam?"

"1. I'm not alone. 2. Sam's expecting a baby and 3. What's wrong with a being alone? It's only a few more. You should come to the white house with me, next time."

"The white house? Wait a minute. I've heard rumours that the president is missing but let me guess."

"He was a Vampire, We staked him. I've heard all the joint chiefs and everybody is in absolute chaos. (she laughs) I can even picture them looking for him in all the wierd....I'm sorry, I'm boring you." Buffy noticed Angels distant face.

"No, you're not. I...I'm thinking that perhaps you should be more careful." said Angel, just as another Vampire flew out from the bushes. Angel fell to the floor and the Vampire collapsed onto of him, and Buffy staked the Vampire, and looked at Angel, she was about to walk over him but she lost her footing and fell ontop of him. Face to face they stared into each others eyes, and without thinking both of them kissed each other. Softly but it managed to grow.

Sam and Leanne both walked down the street on each side of their father. "So how long have you been living with Sam?" asked Jacob.

"Around two, maybe less, months." answered Leanne.

"And where did she move to?"

"I...we don't know." answered Sam. Jacob's face fell.

"It'll be okay Dad." Leanne tried to reassure her father, as they walked up the drive of Sam's house.

"Yeah, me and Jack don't mind, as long as she is good. She'll be staying with you after tomorrow anyway." said Sam. Sam was referring to after her wedding as Leanne would be staying with Jacob while Sam and Jack went on their honeymoon.

"Where are you two going anyway?" asked Jacob, Sam smiled as she opened the door and looked at her father with a mischevious grin. "I'm not saying." she replied.

"Well how will we be able to contact you?" asked Jacob.

"The idea is that you can't." Jack walked upto greet them.

"Hi." he kissed Sam, and then went to Jacob. "Sorry I couldn't meet you at the SGC, but I was sooo caught up."

"Don't worry Jack. I didn't miss you." he replied. Leanne slumped her wet coat on the hanger and dragged her father upstairs. Sam looked at Jack and he found himself doing the same thing. He picked her up and carried her into the living room. "Now about tonight. You're not really staying at Buffy's are you?" he asked. Seating her on the sofa and leaning into her as he sat with her.

"Yes, why?"

"It's just a superstition. You know I'd rather you be here." he said, with a smile. She knew what he was hinting at.

"Jack you have to wait, besides...it's not just a superstition to me. I am staying at Buffy's place after going to the club and I will see you tomorrow at the church."

"But..."

"No buts"

"But I...."

"No!"

"Okay." he looked at her like a puppy and then gave her a kiss. Just as Jacob and Leanne came back down. "Oh please Jack remove your face from my daughter." said Jacob. Jack let go of her and looked at General Carter. He looked at him with a silly childish face and said "Sir? Must I?" Jacob couldn't help but laugh.

That night

Sam walked into the club to find it very busy. She quickly scanned the huge room for Buffy and found her talking to Angel at the end of the bar. Sam noticed the comfortable atmosphere around them and decided to go behind the bar for a while.

Some time later Buffy walked upto her and said "Hey, how long you been here?" she asked

"For...about an hour. I didn't want to bother you, you looked really cosy with Angel." Sam said, cheekily

"Yeah, as a matter of fact...well let's just say that things with Angel have really spiced up again."

"Please tell me Angelus isn't coming back?"

"He isn't and he won't ever be. I've paid for my mistake, it won't happen again."

"Good."

"Although we did kiss." Buffy added. Sam looked at her and slapped her shoulder

"When were you going to tell me?"

"Pretty much now. I figured I'd let you think that nothing happened..."

"It's was just a kiss. Just one kiss?" asked Sam

"Yeah...it actually made me realise that I love him but I can't have him, because as soon as we were kissing I realised that I should stop before it went any further. It wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't gonna lose his soul everytime."

"Everytime?"

"But enough about me and Angel. How do you feel?"

"Nervous." replied Sam, shaking her voice to stress the point. "Excited. Very Excited. I wanna kill somethin' too! But Jack won't let me."

"Yeah, Jack seems to have you pretty controlled. I should congratulate him." Sam smiled at Buffy who immediately decided to drag Sam to the dance floor so they could dance.

That night at Buffys.

Janet, Willow and Buffy are sitting outside waiting for Sam to come back. When she came out carrying four plates of salad, Buffy said "Sam, that was pretty quick. You weren't using your super speed were you?" Sam gave them their plates and shook her head as she sat down.

"I never use my super natural abilities for personal reasons. Where's my drink?"

"Right over there." said Janet. Sam stretched out her hand and the glass came to her. She looked at the others and tried to look innocent "What?"

"I think that was personal." said Willow, grinning.

"Nah Ah. Baby is thirsty!" replied Sam, obviously in a spirited mood.

"I'll bet." Buffy said. Grinning. Sam gave her a friendly slap on the shoulder

Sam walked downstairs quietly. Not wanting to wake up the others. She managed to get herself a drink and sit down before someone got up. She found Joyce sitting in the living room. "I thought you wouldn't be able to sleep." said Joyce.

"Um, I know why I can't, why can't you?" said Sam, choosing the seat opposite her.

"Thinking about when I got married."

"...To Buffy's father?"

"Yes. He was....Well I thought it was love forever. But it didn't turn out that way. I wish I knew why. But I was young and naive, didn't know what I was doing. But Buffy is worth it. Most mothers wish for a daughter who can be...well, clever. Intelligent and basically do all the stuff they wanted to do. But Buffy and you, save the world. That's...well when she was born neither I or her father thought she would do that." Sam smiled.

"I don't want my baby to be a slayer." said Sam "And I hope to god you destiny people heard that." she said, directed at the ceiling. "It's fun, but I still want a normal life. Especially now. Ever since I got these new...weird...powers I feel strange. Like I'm not human at all! Before I could pretend. But you know when I accidently freeze something that flew in mid-air. It's hard to write that off as human."

Joyce nodded in agreement. "Just hope your baby doesn't start throwing tantrums and use her mind to throw things at you." said Joyce. Sam laughed nervously. and then stopped

"You don't think..."

"No! You were given the gift, not your baby."

"But what if it's all passed on. I mean I am the first slayer to actually get this far..."

"I'm sure you'll find that it's just for you."

"God I hope you're right!" They each smiled and then fell silent.

The Big Day

Sam rushed into the bathroom and smashed the door shut, and immediately threw up in the toilet. When she finally finished she found Joyce and Buffy standing outside. "Are you alright?" asked Joyce

"Well." sighed Sam "I feel sick, nervous, and I just have been sick, so I don't feel so good."

"Oh god." Said Buffy faining shock and utter disappointment, using her usual childish tone, that tended to be common in the scooby gang "I hope you don't miss your own wedding. That would be like skipping your first day at school, no one would know your name." Buffy immediatel realised she just spoke absolute rubbish and looked at the two older women staring at her,

"Okay so maybe not like first day at school...but..."

"Buffy I would just stop before that hole gets bigger." said Joyce.

Sam looked at herself in the mirror, her dress was not as traditional as Joyce had wanted her to have but Sam wanted comfort and you don't get that with a trail a mile long. Buffy walked in and they smiled at each other. "You look absolutely gorgeous. Jack must feel pretty lucky." Said Buffy grinning and taking in Sam's dress.

"I think he does."

"Otheriwse he wouldn't be marrying you, would he?" Sam laughed. "Do you still feel sick?" Buffy asked

"Yeah a little, but I think it's more nerves now." she replied. "I hope I don't throw up on Jack, as we're saying our vows. I'll never be able to look at him again without feeling totally embarassed."

"You won't. Besides if you do, I'll have a camera, and you won't need to look at him to feel embarassed." Buffy said, holding up the camera for her to see.

"Buffy?" Sam almost shrieked. "Please don't?"

"I'll consider it."

"Buffy." Sam warned

"Okay okay. But at least let me take a picture of the whole group. I have to have that."

"Alright." Sam never did like having her picture taken.

Jack stood at the altar, waiting for Sam. Daniel stood beside him. "Nervous?" asked Daniel with a grin, he couldn't help it really. "What do you think?" said Jack

"Yep you're nervous."

"Stop it Daniel." Suddenly the music started and Jack stared in amazement at the sight of Sam walking down the isle is a very white but laced dress. Her father at her arm and a smile plastered to her face, Jack couldn't help but feel like the luckiest man on the planet.

The wedding itself was the happiest for them both while the parties that followed were full of laughter.

"Now Jack, you have her back safely won't you?" asked Jacob, as Sam and Jack stepped into their car. "You know I will Jacob."

"And try not to upset the baby with all that activity." said Buffy smiling. Sam reached over and slapped her arm.

"And you had better look after everything Buffy, otherwise I'll knock you." said Sam, trying to be serious, but the smile was letting her down.

"Oh don't worry we have it all schedualled." said Willow

"I'll bet you do." said Jack. Suddenly Leanne jumped in the car and engulfed her sister in the biggest hug ever. "Be back soon. I'm not sure what the food is like on the...where Dad lives." She then jumped back out and Sam smiled at her.

Eventually Sam and Jack managed to leave. He kissed her as he started the engine and then he moved off.

Now if I have to write what their honeymoon was like, I will in fact scream.

The next story takes place way after this, just before their little baby is born, so you can just guess what I'm missing out.
