"So... you talk to your plants?"
"Goodnight Jack."
"Whaddya say to them?"
Closing my eyes, his arm settles around my waist. But when I don't answer, he tugs me onto my back, leaning above me. "Do you yell at them for fruit?"
He's amused by my hobby. I'm no botanist... but I like my planets. "Goodnight Jack."
He pouts. "But I wanna know."
Opening my eyes, I stare at my lover. "I just... talk." I shrug. "Nothing specific."
"So... you babble."
"I talk." Kissing him, I roll onto my side again. "Goodnight Jack."
He grins. "You babble."
And I sigh.
