Although I've been a Stargate fan since the movie, I just started writing fanfic for it a couple of years ago. Now that the series is winding down, finding renewed fun in bot writing and reading it! Hope you enjoy my stories, and feel free to write.

Just finished chapter 2. This is the happy ending I'd always wished for Jack -on the pond with a boat load of kids!You are wonderful at writing "what if" stories, and coming up with very believable, true-to-character alternate endings.

Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it...I would never, ever have started this if I hadn't had the intention to save both worlds but figuring out how was interesting. As for the 'new guy' it's nothing personal, and I'm sure he can't help it, but he's not Jack--so... Thanks for the feedback!

Another great story, and with two happy endings! Loved the AT Jack/Jon, and glad you worked out a way to keep him. Also appreciated the way you dealt (or didn't deal) with the "new guy" - does rather get in the way of a good story, doesn't he?
Now going to think happy thoughts of a retired Jack with a boatload of kids....
