I do believe that you meant that the locker door slammed against Daniel's locker, since Daniel was at home.
I love all the suspense that is building. It looks like Sam's crash course in spying enhanced what she already knew as a member of SG-1. I can only assume that the Tok'ra provided her with a means to prevent bleeding when cut. I got the shivers when you described how she so calmly sliced her wrist. Yuck!
Well, not everything could go right, correct? Too bad for that Goa'uld. He'll have to contend with sassy Sam as he tries to gain information from her.
Come on Jack, figure it out and come to her rescue.
It was my review of Chapter 4 that you deleted. Gee thanks, first the computer won't let me review and then you delete one of the few I manage to get through. LOL As long as you got to see it, that's all that counts.

You are correct about the locker. Thank you for catching it. I will go back and clarify it.
The next chapter, which will be uploaded later today, will shed some light on why Sam could do the things she was doing and what happened with the Goa'uld, Nergal.

It's too bad that there is always just a little something that deters everybody from their investigation that could possibly be the deciding factor that helps them figure out what Sam is doing. I hope that they won't be kicking themselves later if something happens to Sam that they could have prevented.
That was an excellent idea about the reverse writing.
One thing that would not happen would be for Bra'tac to have ignored Hammond when he arrived at the SGC. Even if he was there to see Teal'c, he would have greeted Hammond out of common courtesy and warrior honor. Hammond of Texas is a respected figurehead in Bra'tac's eyes and he would have greeted him accordingly. I'm sure it was just an oversight.
I'm totally hooked into this story. I hope there is more soon.

There will definately be some "kicking themselves" in the future for the guys of SG-1. They trust Sam and believe they have time to figure out what is going on with her. After all, she is just going to Area 51.
I am afraid I am not familiar with the term reverse writing, but since it is a complement I will say 'thank you' and look up the term as soon as I am done here. (I have an idea what it is)
You are correct about Bra'tac and Hammond. In my mind's eye I had Bra'tac acknowledging Hammond with a Jaffa style bow of greeting and respect, but I did not write it in. I will correct that in the future. It was an oversight, because I love General Hammond and would never dimiss him.
I am thrilled you are enjoying the story. I will update as soon as possible!

Sam's doing a real bang up job of doom her future with the Air Force and Jack. Her acting skills are excellent.
I wrote a review for the first chapter, but couldn't read all the lettering of the security code so it rejected the review. I tried again and the same thing happened. Each time it wiped out my carefully worded review.

I'm loving the story line so far. You have the characters down. The dialogue is excellent and you have a talent for painting a picture. Good job. But I still think that she got away from Daniel too easy. I can't wait to see what the Tok'ra have in store for her. Keep up the good work.
