What a wonderful story!  This was a great expansion on Moebius.  I was so moved by Daniel's angst at losing Sam and his unborn child that I was crying.  That was one of the most moving scenes I've ever read.  You made me think about how awful it would have been for him to be alone all that time with his friends dead.  I also enjoyed the two versions of the 'cabin scene'.  I loved the way they were different, but had the same result!

Thanks for posting this great story.

Ooooo sweet kiss! I liked this story-- It was well written and thoughtful. Good job! :)

Author's Response: Thank you for your very kind words.  There's still plenty more of this story to go.  And I'm rather fond of Sam/Daniel kisses myself. ;)

I know what you mean when you said you'd watched the scene tons of times. I did the same thing with "In the Line of Duty" to get the scenes right with Sam and Jolinar. Well written-- nice take on the scene. I'm actually a Sam/Jack shipper, but I'm not adverse to Sam/Daniel. Mostly cuz Daniel is so dang cute!! :)

Author's Response:

He is, isn't he? ;)

I'm glad you're enjoying the story despite not officially being a Sam/Daniel shipper.  Thanks for the review! :)

Great story!  This is one of the finer "Threads" scenes I've ever read!  You make Sam's angst so real, it brings a tear to the eye!

Neat to hear Carmen Argenziano is also a Sam/Daniel shipper!

Looking forward to Daniel's return!

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review!  I'm glad you're enjoying the story so far.  It's nice to hear that I managed to pull you in to share in Sam's angst.  Daniel will be returning very, very soon!  Enjoy! :)
