I'm currently writing fan fic both because I love the characters of SG-1, and because I'm trying to improve my writing style. If you read my stories, please consider leaving feedback, especially if it's constructive.
I like to read and write stories based around the character of Daniel Jackson. I tend to write the Sam/Daniel pairing, but will happily read other Daniel pairings if they are done well, as well as team friendship fics. I also tend to be a bit of a Daniel-whumper, much to my beta's chagrin.
I've written a short, quite adult fic named Image with a Sam/Daniel pairing. You can find it here. I loved this. While normally I would prefer a shippy ending, I think the one you chose is perfect for the story. Some tension relief between two friends who both very much needed the other. Very nicely done.

Hee. I don't think it's been done. Not with the wormhole open, anyway. There's a totally awesome S/D (with a side of Jack) porny crack piece (http://infanity.ficlaundering.com/moa/fic/sg_cityofbrotherlylove.html) written when the author had heard the Sam-and-Daniel-are-siblings fanon one two many times, which always makes my day. Hee. That's (one of) my preferred ending(s). Though someone once mentioned they imagined Jack backing away slowly without interrupting them and going off to wank in his truck, which also appeals to me quite a bit.
