I really enjoyed the story and character development. The existing characters were true to their original concepts while expanding to incorporate what was necessary for the story. The only problem I had with this was that it was supposed to have taken place around the end of season 4 and there was no indication that things would really return to normal after the events that took place in the story. As a 'what if?' type of story or 'divergent timeline' sort of thing, it's perfect though. I will be looking for more of your work. I can't wait. Thank you for writing this story, it was very deep and touching.

Wow! That was one of the best SG-1 fics I have ever read. Thank you so much for sharing. The story was so well thought out, and the info about ancient Minoan society was so interesting. You really weaved it into the plot so well and that kind of thing is what drew me to the show in the first place. There are not a lot of writers out there who remember that integral part of the show (and the movie). It felt like I was watching an episode! Good job, and I hope to read more of your stories soon!

Usually I have a hard time sticking with long fics because I lose interest after a while but this was fantastic, a lot of action and a really amazing story line! There were some nights where I just could not go to bed until I'd finished a chapter, and then even when I had done so, I wanted to keep reading. =P The original characters were great and well thought out, and the plot in general was really believable. It was a great story and thank you so much for sharing it with us!

I just finished reading Liberating Males. What a fantastic story! I loved the twists and turns in the plot. I literally could not stop reading it but at some points I had to stop because I couldn't bear what might come next! It quite literally kept me on the edge of my seat!
Your original characters were great. I especially liked Nara as well as Ifefel and Lagash (sp?). I would like to see more of them.
I would have liked to see more of Keftu. It is a world that is definitely worth further exploration. <hint, hint>
My only disappointment was that there wasn't more about Jack and Sam at the end of the story. Was that deliberate? Is there a sequel coming, I hope?
