I'm sorry, but I have to say this is a very sloppily done story. It seems to have been written solely for the rape involved in it. Sam Carter would never have allowed herself to be raped, and even if she had been, she would not have kept it to herself. She would have gone straight to a hospital (at least), if not straight to Janet for help. She is not a weak person and she would have done anything and everything to catch the guy who attacked her and not tried to hide anything from her friends. If you really wanted to write about a rape, it could have been better thought out and described than this story.
