Loved this story, read it in two sittings. Just wished there could have been a bit more to the ending, perhaps explaning what happens when Jack retires, or when Sam has their baby. But all in all it was quite interesting and loved the scenes which Daniel and Teal'c had to go away whenever Jack and Sam needed time alone. Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Sorry, I had no idea the site was still here. The link wouldn't work for days, and someone posted a message on rdanserson.com that it was gone for good. I have re-posted the chapters that got lost when the site crashed, and I have added the remaining chapters. I wish Lyssa would answer my emails or put a note on the home page, so we would know what's going on. I really would hate to see this site go, and I'm sure there are many people who feel the same way. Again, sorry for the delay. And thank you for leaving a message. Do you also read at samandjack.net?
